What we do

We work with organisations to establish the facts of workplace concerns and present a balance of evidence that supports them to make decisions relating to their people or practices where incidents that are in breach of organisational policy have occurred.

 

Our clients ensure that they receive a detailed report without bias and that all outcomes found have resulted after procedural fairness has been provided to all parties. This is sometimes called into question with investigations where internal parties investigate matters.
