Brady is an experienced Human Resources professional that founded ‘Independent Investigations’ in 2018. Prior to this, Brady worked in leadership positions within the Local Government industry for 14 years.
Brady has amassed an enormous amount of knowledge in all facets of Local Government operational areas. This allows him to comprehend the complexities of workplace issues in complete detail having a firm grasp of the terminology used in each area of Council.
Brady has built strong and professional relationships with unions and industry peak bodies and can relate to people from all walks of life.
Brady is a member of the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators.
